Cranberry Tuna Salad

A fresh tuna salad with vibrant lettuce, shredded tuna, and diced tomatoes, garnished with herbs.

Tuna Salad with Cranberry

This unusually delicious combination of tuna and tart, sweet dried cranberries takes plain old tuna salad to a new level. It’s an easy lunch to pack up for work-simply eat it with a spoon or toss the tuna with mixed greens. Potentially elevated mercury levels have turned canned tuna into an occasional meal, not something I’d eat every week. However, it’s a convenient protein-rich meal that can be enjoyed on occasion.

Ingredients You’ll Need

Canned tuna: We use Wild Planet’s Albacore tuna and love it! I’d suggest using tuna that’s canned in water or its own juices for the best flavor.

What is Cranberry Tuna Salad ?

Cranberry Tuna salad In Bites is a beloved sandwich filling that can be made with canned tuna or cooked ground meat, vegetables, and mayonnaise. It is a delicious, easy-to-make dish that can be served on its own or on top of bread. The ingredients are mixed together in a bowl until the mixture has thickened slightly. Look for tuna packed in water rather than oil to get the most flavor out of your tuna salad recipe!
