San Antonio Restaurants Celebrate Pollinators This September

San Antonio chefs are highlighting the connection between nature and food with pollinator-inspired dishes and drinks this September.

The initiative, called Migratory Month, draws attention to the role bees, butterflies and other pollinators play in our food system, according to Axios, which reported on the campaign on September 4.

The monthlong restaurant celebration leads up to the Monarch Butterfly & Pollinator Festival, scheduled for October 3 at Brackenridge Park. Admission to the festival is free.
