How To Make the Berry and Arugula Salad

Yes, this Arugula And Blueberry Salad is bursting with healthy antioxidants and omega oils, but it’s also bursting with flavor. Peppery arugula, sweet, tart berries, creamy avocado and savory walnuts are a magical combination. The raspberry vinaigrette is amazing when made with walnut oil, but olive oil can be substituted if desired.
