  • Whole-wheat bread 4 Slice
  • Chickpeas 360 g
  • Pickles ¼ Cup
  • Red Bell Pepper ½ Medium
  • Sunflower seed kernels ¼ Cup
  • Red Onion ¼ Small raw
  • Sesame butter ¼ Cup
  • Dill 2 Tbsp
  • Chives 1 Tbsp
  • Lettuce 2 Leaf inner

  • Mash chickpeas until flakey and combine with all ingredients (except bread and lettuce).
  • Finely dice all veggies aside from lettuce.
  • Serve on toasted bread with a slice of lettuce, top with remaining slice of bread.
