- Whole-wheat bread 4 Slice
- Chickpeas 360 g
- Pickles ¼ Cup
- Red Bell Pepper ½ Medium
- Sunflower seed kernels ¼ Cup
- Red Onion ¼ Small raw
- Sesame butter ¼ Cup
- Dill 2 Tbsp
- Chives 1 Tbsp
- Lettuce 2 Leaf inner
